BE ON TIME🕙 🙌🏼💫This Sunday Julie Claire will be opening our circle and the music journey will be guided by Eric Mandala⚡️ Let's have fun connecting to the primal forces our bodies are made of and spontaneously embodying the 'dance of the elements' (Earth, Water, Air and Fire) as we move with their distinct flows and blend their energies together! We will also play with an advanced breath work method to ground all the energies we played with, using our bodies as bridges that unite Sky and Earth, Ether and Matter. ✨May the power of our group intention by a wave of expansive consciousness that contributes to the collective! ✨Come and fire up the dance floor with us !
