About this Event
The perfect merger of Contact Improvisation and Ecstatic Dance. The music will be more downtempo than a typical ecstatic set such that we can hear our own bodies and lean into attuned connection. There will be a warm up to drop into yourself and seek connection if you like. Contact will never be a requirement--dance on your own if you like.
