Ecstatic Dance

Come let loose, move out of the stagnancy and stress of this time by dancing your way into something new and free! Ecstatic dance is a place where we can move in whatever way we feel, free of judgment, to a place of more freedom in our bodies, minds, and emotions. DJ Eleuthero(Michael Taylor) will be providing the groovy tunes to wiggle to. For this dance we will be meeting on the hill above the playground on the Grand Blvd side of beautiful Manito Park! $10-$20 donations would be appreciated. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds! Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket for the warmup and cool down!!
