Join us on the last Tuesday of the month, as we bring it back to the roots with our Ecstatic Dance resident DJ 2Melo! + other special guests: For the first hour, we’ll have a warmup led by guest facilitator and international teacher ~ Malaika Ma’Veena ~ who will lead us in a conscious dance practice called "5Elements Dance Activation". Then, 2Melo will take us on a musical journey, with over two hours of Ecstatic Dance vibes from around the world + a live drumming interlude with our rhythm warriors Cole & AJ. To close, our dear friends at The Spa Ship will lead a sound meditation, bringing the journey to completion. This. Will. Be. Everything! And we’d love to see you there. Here's a little bit about what it is: ❃ Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves freely, to connect, and to expand together through the inspiration of music & dance. ❃ Live DJs | Free-Form Movement | Workshops | Sound Meditation | Massage | High Vibe Food & Elixirs | Tribe ❃ ❃ Join us and enjoy a safe and inspiring space to dance without talking, drinking, and the nightclub vibe. This is about self-expression, freeing your mind and body, and connecting with yourself and those around you. No booze, no shoes and no chit-chat on the dance floor helps us keep it intentional. Amazing music helps us keep it all about dance. ❃ There will also be a beautiful lounge space to relax, decorated by The Chanda Lair, as well as refreshing, alcohol-free beverages and food, served by Ambrosia Elixirs. ➤ Guidelines: 1. No talking on the dance floor (plenty of room to talk in the lounge space up on the balcony) 2. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment 3. No photos or videos, cellphones muted and out of sight 4. Respect for the space and for one another 5. Move your body however you wish! ➤ What to Bring: 1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself 2. Water and a water bottle. You can refill it at the venue.
