Ecstatic Dance and Sound Healing

Join Rebecca and Kevin for a high vibe evening of community dance and sound healing meditation We shall gather to step into the true essence of ourselves and allow our bodies to be free and wild with dance! After dancing we can drop into the earth and integrate the movement with stillness and sacred sound healing. 7:00 setup and community connection 7:20 – 7:30 opening circle 7:30 – 9:00 ecstatic dance 9:00 – 9:30 sound healing Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to be comfortable for the sound healing. Drummers are welcome to bring drums and play along with the music!
