Don't worry about steps or form or how you look, it's not that kind of dance. Our dance is one that throws the rule books away and instead encourages you to release to the music and let go of that pesky judging mind. She has hosted many retreats. workshops and rituals around the world. She creates brave, tender, and inclusive spaces for our hearts unfolding, healing, and embrace of our wildness. As well as being an Alumni Lululemon ambassador, the founder of Queenstown and New Plymouth Ecstatic Dance, two thriving dance communities.
