Our dance community is the battery of raw vitality that I take into the World. Dancing together is a healing modality and a prayer in gratitude to the Divine. Bio: I am a regular at Om for the last 7 years and the energy I bring and take away is very precious to me. I believe in a past life I was a Star in the Celestial heavens and through dance I am able to remember my origin. Celebrating my birthday week with a set list feels like an integration and medicine. With years of experience, Marietta has been teaching Twerk since 2019 and has a knack for breaking down movement. Dive into the history and sizzling techniques of twerking as we get those hips moving and cheeks bouncing! Twerking is not just a blast; it’s a fantastic workout that’s great for cardio, boosts your mood, builds confidence, strengthens your core, enhances flexibility, improves circulation, balances your body, and promotes better posture.
