It is a journey of conscious dance, intuitive movement, inspired by contact impro, tantric touch and authentic relating. Be here & now, feel yourself free in the moment, alone or with others, respectfully exploring the connection & borders. Trust your body wisdom, following soft music selected to open your senses and bring you to the simple pleasure of moving in the Present.
