We'll be guided through our Dance Lab warmup by Shira Brenner… inviting an energetic and embodied exploration of yoga deeply rooted in rhythm and dance. We’ll conclude the night with a live music soundscape to integrate our experience and chillout with tea and friends. There’ll be fresh fruit served along with tasty herbal blends in our SereniTea Lounge throughout the night and Steve Cannon will once again be offering relaxing chair massage.
