Starting the evening off... expressive arts facilitator, Courtney Rose, will guide us into the flow with a yoga-Dance-Lab warmup, then we'll ride an ecstatic wave of DJ'd beats, finally integrating the journey with an etherial closing soundscape by talented producer, Eric Freeman ... and post-dance-chill-out connection with friends and tea 🌺 Our schedule shift has offered us a surge in dancers and guests... stay tuned for all the amazing upcoming offerings!!! Along with tasty herbal blends in our SereniTea Lounge, relaxing massage, co-created community poetry on our giant-magnetic-poetry board, networking, nourishment, and more.
