All the participants let themselves be guided by the rhythm of the music, move their bodies without judgments and allow themselves to enter an incredible state of freedom. The vibe is much fun if we can all see each other during the dance. 3 - You can click on “Gallery View” to see everybody or “Speaker View” to watch whoever is talking. You can also click on some friend’s window and pin their video to dance together. 4 - You can use Chat as you enter to introduce yourself, but after the opening circle we suggest to avoid using it. If you have any questions you can send a private message to the host. 5 - We know it’s a virtual experience, but the invitation is to dance!
