Srdečne Vás pozývame na ďalší Ecstatic Dance Bratislava, tentokrát v novom priestore krásneho Ayisi Yoga Centrum. Tesne po jesennej rovnodennosti, kedy je svetlo a tma v úplnej rovnováhe, priveďme aj naše vnútorné polarity do rovnováhy. Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom pohybového warm-upu vytvoríme v tele podmienky na uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci. Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Sme vítaní presne takí, ako sa práve cítime, v našej pravdivosti a so všetkými našimi aspektami. Na záver nás George Palilis z Grécka prevedie zvukovou cestou, počas ktorej budeme mať možnosť na integráciu a hlbšie ponorenie sa do hudby cez vnútorný tanec. Na parkete je všetko dovolené a seba vyjadrenie je silno povzbudzované, preto platí v rámci Ecstatic Dance niekoľo pilierov pre udržanie energeticky čistého a bezpečného priestoru: • Je to priestor bez slov. Na parkete obmedzujeme nielen vnútorný dialóg našej mysle, ale takisto vonkajší. • Spoločne sa podporujeme v autentickom vyjadrení cez pohyb bez akéhokoľvek posudzovania. Vychádzajúc zo súčasného tanca (najmä Labanovej Analýzi Pohybu), kontaktnej improvizácie, expresívnych terapií (tanečne pohybová terapia, dramaterapia...) a gestalt psychológie, kombinuje vo svojom učení vyjadrovacie prostriedky tela, hlasu a tváre s obsahom psyché akými sú emócie, myšlienky a predstavy. Vedomému tancu sa venuje už vyše 10 rokov a pred 3 rokmi založila Ecstatic Dance Bratislava a Ecstatic Dance Slovakia. Posledný rok rozšírila tieto workshopy aj o stretnutia pod názvom Ecstatica - Conscious Gathering, kde je jej zámerom vytvoriť priestor nielen pre tanec, ale aj pre hlbšie prepojenie sa účastníkov s cyklami prírody a plynutie s cyklami života. Popri intuitívnom a extatickom tanci vedie aj intuitívny partner dance, posvätné tance pre ženy, tanec piatich elementov a kakaové ceremónie. Zuzana verí, že vedomý tanec nás privádza bližšie k vnútornému oslobodeniu, autenticite a celistvosti bytia. Zuzana vyštudovala Magister z medzinárodnej rozvojovej ekonómiky na univerzite vo Viedni a prvé tri roky po škole pracovala v konzultačnej firme v Londýne na rozvojových projektoch v krajinách tretieho sveta. Počas práce a následného dlhodobého cestovania po Ázii a Južnej Amerike prišla do kontaktu s rôznymi pôvodnýmii obyvateľmi a ich zvyky, tance a rituály sa stali veľkou inšpiráciou pre jej život a prácu. Fascinujú ju najmä posvätné tance tradícií z rôznych kútov sveta vrátane slovanských. Zuzana je kvalifikovaná lektorka Mystického tanca (Monika Nataraj, Thajsko), Ecstatic Dance (Goa), Kundalini jógy podľa Yogiho Bhajana (SR a CZ), tanečnej terapie (Olomouc, Akademia Alternativa). Okrem sprevádzania ľudí vnútorným svetom a tancom Zuzana sprevádzala ľudí aj po Bratislave a už 10 rokov vedie agentúru Be Free Tours, ktorá bola na Slovensku priekopníkom v oblasti Free Tours, turistických prehliadok len za dobrovoľný príspevok. ***ENGLISH: We are very happy to invite you to another Ecstatic Dance Bratislava, this time in a new space of the beautiful Ayisi Yoga Center. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will ground ourselves and connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects. At the end we will have a chance to integrate the whole experience with Javor who will guide us on a sound healing journey with a number of instruments including the woodpack and intuitive singing. To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind: • We dance barefoot and without words on the dancefloor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey. • Together we create a safe space where we support each other in authentic self-expression without judgement. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others. • We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries. • No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor. She is the founder and facilitator of Ecstatic Dance Bratislava, Ecstatic Dance Hainburg and Ecstatica - Contemporary Rituals. The intention of her events Ecstatica - Conscious Gatherings is to create and hold a sacred space where people can come together to come in tune with themselves, connect with the community, align with the cycles of nature, the Mother Earth. She has been always passionate about community building and has been developing vision and building awareness for the Lucid Garden/Manamana community centre in Hainburg connecting the Slovak, Czech and Austrian dance tribes in one place. Before working in the field of sacred dance & healing, Zuzana studied Development Economics at the University in Vienna and worked in a development consultancy in London. From there she travelled to work on development projects in the third world. During her work and travels in Asia and South America, she explored and came into contact with various indigenous sacred and temple dances and indigenous tribes which became a big inspiration for her work. She sees dance as an offering, meditation, medicine. Her qualifications include Mystical Dance Teacher Training with Monika Nataraj, Thailand, Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training, Goa, Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan Teacher Training, CZ/SK, Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practicioner. Apart from guiding people into their inner world she also runs a tour agency guiding people through the external world of Bratislava for the past 10 years.
