Embodied conscious dance combined with Clarity's gentle style of meditative breathwork gives you the opportunity to access your subconscious mind without replaying trauma so you can identify and release unwanted thought patterns. Tara Ma guides you through the process with her voice and carefully selected music to enhance the experience.
