As an Ecstatic Dance facilitator and DJ, she guides you on a soulful, healing inner journey through rhythm and sound. Aligned with her soul’s purpose, she invites you to (re)connect more deeply—with yourself, your body and voice, with others, and with the universe. Fascinated by languages, Carmen has rediscovered dance as the unspoken language of the soul—“and when our souls meet on the dance floor, we become one.” Playing from the heart, with intention and intuition, she weaves together sounds from across the globe and a rich tapestry of genres—from melodic spiritual poetry and shamanic tribal beats to downtempo, house, electronic, classical, medicine music, ethnic, gypsy, and world music. In this workshop, you’ll explore Yoga of Breath and Vibrational Singing, two accessible practices that harmonize body and mind and deepen your connection to yourself and others. Through the practice of Yoga of Breath, you’ll experience: – Detoxification and revitalization of the body – Improved cardiovascular and respiratory function – Enhanced brain chemistry and mental clarity – A calm, focused mind – Strengthened immunity and vitality Through the practice of Vibrational Singing, you’ll discover: – Emotional release and stress relief – Greater focus and inner presence – A joyful reconnection with your voice – Recognition of your inner strength and potential – The freedom to go beyond your limits — playfully and creatively These sessions are open to everyone — no previous experience in yoga or singing is required.
