However, when it comes to moving your body the more control you have over it the more freedom you'll get to enjoy ! You first connect within, attune your wants and needs to your body rhythm. Dancing and acting are huge parts of my life, they helped me grow and go through so much. I find it only natural to share what I've learned over the years as I dedicate my life to learning and teaching. I'm deeply fascinated by body movement as a whole, not just in the dancing realm.
