Are you ready to indulge inner bliss once more in our closing journey of the season? Our aim is to give you the best experience dedicated to the very present moment in your personal awakening process. We wish for our dancing tribe to be thriving and to burn through many layers of conditioning. We feel the longing to free ourselves in the expression of movement and for all humankind to be free and dancing. Let us be true ambassadors of free expression and the EDEN project! 👉 FULL PROGRAM INCLUDES 16h-18h Kirtan, singing Mantras from the heart 18h-21h Ecstatic Dance Evolution Journey Now we told you our WHY you must be curious about our HOW & WHAT Yes, Saturday, June 29th, we finalize our monthly series of Ecstatic Dance Evolution Belgium in Studio Carwash. We produced and created this together as a community! These five freeform conscious dance classes are just the beginning of a fresh vibe in transformational movement and self-expression. The series are fully facilitated and carried out by a team of nurturing new facilitators. This group of beings is truly amazing and all will bring their unique awareness and experience to the dance floor. Don’t miss out on our last dance for this season and you will be grateful to yourself for this extraordinary gift. Because we want people to be able to come by public transport the dance will be open by 6pm and close by 9pm. Please be on time. THE CO-FACILITATORS Hanne Van Bosstraeten discovered the path of freeform movement during her yoga teacher training. Intuitive dancing gave her a new way of connecting to the self and to others, a manner to meet deeper needs of being and healing. Eden is for her a way to bring this bliss to the world. Liesbeth Luisterburg is open to all experiences and possibilities in dance and invites you to explore your body, mind and emotions through movement and sound. There is nothing that has to be. Feel free and fly. Liesbeth is a certified movement practitioner and passioned about contact improvisation. THE THEME *IN JOY* is a Samadhi Style ecstatic journey that reminds us to have the best time possible, no matter what! When we accept the fact that each of us are responsible for our own happiness - that we really are our own boss, finding inner joy becomes an empowering choice. When we choose environments that promote joy, it's even easier to drop struggles, find our light and spark the contagion of the light in others! We genieten samen van een veilige en heilige ruimte waarin we ons ware zelf kunnen uiten en plezier beleven. We bouwen een relatie uit gebaseerd op respect, mindfulness en vriendelijkheid. Je bent vrij om te bewegen en te dansen op het ritme van jouw lichaamswijsheid en intuïtieve kracht.
