Ecstatic Dance, Cacao and Mantra Concert

We will dive into Organic Tribal Roots music by Anicca from Nicaragua along with a soulful Mantra Concert led by Sri Apollo. Before the dance there will be a Cacao ceremony held by Annette. Our Ecstatic Dance is a space for you to move freely and express yourself without judgment. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and connection with others. We'll dance to the rhythm of world music, allowing our bodies to flow freely and release any tension or stress. During the session, we'll enjoy the delicious taste of cacao, known for its heart-opening properties. This sacred drink will help us connect with ourselves and others on a deeper level. We'll also chant mantras, which are powerful tools for transformation and healing. This event is open to everyone, regardless of your dance experience. Come as you are and let yourself be carried away by the music and the energy of the group.
