Cacao Ceremony: We would like to share the magic of this plant that has been used for thousands of years to connect, unite and manifest abundance. A unique experience to reconnect with the energetic space of your heart because opening the heart enables and embraces who we truly are. We use high quality pure raw cacao from the sources we trust and use for ourselves. To help activate cacao we are going to use different spices, so if you have any allergies or concerns about it please send us a message. To receive all the benefits of cacao we recommend you come on an empty stomach and just have a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the dance. Ecstatic dance - is a type of free-form dancing inviting people to connect to themselves and to others through music and movement. It takes places over a 2-hour live DJ set and starts and finishes with a short opening and closing circle led by our ceremony leader. There is no teacher as such, but we ask you to follow a few guidelines: Guidelines: - This is an alcohol and substance free space - Put all electronics away for the event - Non verbal communication is encouraged - No shoes to feel all sensations throughout your body - No meals 2 hours before the cacao ceremony - Please arrive 30 minutes before the event starts Q &A What to bring? A large full water bottle and yoga mat or something to lay on and a cup for cacao. What kind of music? Ecstatic dance music is eclectic and not linked to any specific genre. We start with ambient, chillout tunes then bring you on an ecstatic journey with electronica, world music and organic beats before bringing you back down with downtempo tracks and relaxation. There is no choreography or guidelines on how you are supposed to move! Just follow your inner guidance, your inner dancer and just move through the rhythms of love and light coming through you.
