Non stiamo parlando del cioccolato industriale commerciale prodotto, che è pieno di latte, zucchero e grassi. Infatti, più il cacao viene lavorato, più le sue proprietà benefiche scompaiono. Stiamo parlando del cacao puro al 100% direttamente dalla pianta, macinato fino a diventare ciò che è conosciuto come "liquore di cacao", e storicamente famoso per i suoi numerosi benefici per la salute che supportano il benessere fisico e psicologico. We're not talking about commercially produced industrial chocolate, which is full of milk, sugar, and fats. In fact, the more cacao is processed, the more its beneficial properties disappear. We are referring to 100% pure cacao directly from the plant, and ground until it becomes what is known as "cacao liquor," historically famous for its numerous health benefits that support physical and psychological well-being. She was the first Certified Teacher of Azul Conscious Movement in Italy, a conscious dance practice derived from the 5 Rhythms, certified in Hawaii by the method's creator, Amara Pagano. Since 2017, she has been teaching Azul Conscious Movement and is part of the international school of Azul Conscious Movement, following the new teachers of this method. As a dance teacher and trainer, she introduced Ecstatic Dance for the first time in Italy, specifically in Rome in 2015. This liberating form of dance originated in Hawaii over 20 years ago. She is the co-founder of the Ecstatic Dance Italy project, a reference point for the Italian community. Having studied various disciplines under different mentors, she participated in Cristobal Jodorowsky's school (Metamundo). Founder of the Silent Waves project, dancing in nature and reconnecting with the elements.
