Ecstatic Dance + Cacao + Sound Healing

Let's come together for an evening of connection, community, and authentic expression – both as individuals, and as a part of the great web of life that we're weaving together as a collective! It's time to go beyond the illusion of separation and celebrate our UNITY. In the spirit of inclusivity, we welcome ALL ages, races, genders, backgrounds, and belief systems. We will open the space in circle with ceremonial cacao, tuning in with our intentions for the evening and co-creating a safe space of healing and transformation. Cacao is known as a sacred medicine for opening the heart, evoking a state of deep presence, and allowing the creative energy to flow freely.  Dance will begin at 7 with live music by Space Mariachi! We will close with a deeply relaxing sound bath to integrate the journey, with a healing soundscape co-created by Maggie, Alf, River, and Fabiana. GUIDELINES
 ⭑ This is a conscious, alcohol-free event
 ⭑ Please refrain from talking on the dance-floor (social areas will be indicated) ⭑ Respect social distancing + consent for any interactions ⭑ Wear comfortable clothes, avoid artificial scents, and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated (avoiding disposable bottles of course!) ⭑ If you’re taking any heart medications or SSRI antidepressants, it’s best to avoid cacao or have a very small dose (ask your doctor if you’re unsure!) You’d still be welcome to join in the circle and drink tea or water instead. PRICE ⭑ 500 pesos for the entire event: cacao, dance + sound healing (arrive by 5:30) ⭑ 300 pesos for just the dance + sound healing (arrive at 7 or after if you’re not joining for the cacao circle) ⭑ We want everyone who is called to this to be able to come – don’t let finances stop you!
