V predvečer splnu spoločne vyšleme náš zámer a následne vytancujeme a uvoľníme stagnujúcu energiu v našom tele a vytvoríme priestor pre novú životnú silu a inšpiráciu pre našu dušu. Pascal nás prevedie programom: ☯ Kakaová ceremónia ☯ Pohybová meditácia ☯ Ecstatic Dance cesta ☯ Zvukový kúpeľ Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom kakaovej ceremónie naladíme na naše srdce a zámer, prepojíme sa v kruhu a vytvoríme tak podporný a posvätný priestor pre spoločnú tanečnú cestu. Prostredníctvom pohybového warm-upu sa uzemníme a vytvoríme podmienky na úplné uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci a prepojenie s priestorom. Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Na záver nás Pascal zaleje zvukovým kúpeľom, pri ktorom budeme mať možnosť ešte prehĺbiť naše vnútorné prežívanie a integrovať energetický proces vyvolaný pohybom. Na parkete je všetko dovolené a seba vyjadrenie je silno povzbudzované, preto platí v rámci Ecstatic Dance niekoľo pilierov pre udržanie energeticky čistého a bezpečného priestoru: • Je to priestor bez slov. What to expect? ☯ Cacao Ceremony ☯ Movement Warm-Up ☯ Ecstatic Dance Journey ☯ Sound Healing We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Through the warm-up we ground ourselves and connect to our most authentic self. This supports us to dive into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. We find the balance between surrender and structure, and surrender to a sweet and wild ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions. We can discover all the different aspects within ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patterns & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space – in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people the ecstatic dance journey can be an experience of releasing emotions, for others it is a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it feels like a meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced with all of your aspects. At the end we will dive deep through a sound healing with Lov Lenka who will help us to land gently, integrate our energetic processes started through the dance, rest in our hearts and deepen our whole journey. To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind: • We dance barefoot and without words on the dance floor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey. • Together we create a safe space where we support each other in authentic self-expression without judgement. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others. • We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries. • No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor. ** About Pascal Pascal de Lacaze from Berlin plays music at events around the globe. His focus on rhythm and dance has made him friends in many communities: Dancers dig how his innovative DJ style connects with his energetic, modern drumming. Musicians & audiences appreciate his steady, rocking world percussion and transcendental grooves. Since 2010 Pascal organizes Ecstatic Dances in Berlin. He is the resident DJ, accompanies his DJ sets with live percussion andco-creates live dance journeys. In workshops and at festivals Pascal facilitates Body Bhajan – a fun and easy combination of chanting and body percussion. Pascal has been on a long musical journey, spanning from drumming on techno raves in the 90ies to being a drum-set player in a Jazz Big Band, conga drummer at club partys and percussionist for acclaimed Sacred Music artists like Dave Stringer, Janin Devi, Kevin James Carroll, Lulu & Mischka, Peia, and many more. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Sciences and has worked as a copywriter, editor and social mediamanager. He is a certified Yoga & AcroYoga teacher and has a deep understanding of how tosupport nourishing group experiences. Pascal is the co-director of the Goa EcstaticDance Festival, the Ecstatic Dance Festival Portugal and the Ecstatic Dance Festival Germany.
