Iniciaremos com uma linda Cerimônia de Cacau Sagrado e Sound Healing, seguida de muita dança em êxtase para espantar para longe o frio do inverno. CACAU SAGRADO: A celebração ECSTATIC DANCE começa sempre com uma prática de desenvolvimento pessoal e espiritual seguida do ritual da dança em êxtase. Na nossa primeira sessão, começaremos com uma cerimônia de CACAU SAGRADO! O CACAU, ou Theobroma Cacao, que significa literalmente “Alimento dos Deuses”, é utilizado por diversas culturas da América do Sul e América Central como uma medicina. Para além de sua já conhecida utilização na fabricação do chocolate, o Cacau Sagrado é uma bebida cremosa e picante capaz de expandir a consciência através do processo alquímico que realiza no corpo humano. É também um super alimento que traz vigor físico, é vasodilatador e possui propriedades afrodisíacas. Assim, ao ingerirmos o cacau, nosso sistema circulatório intensifica sua atividade e os músculos relaxam.. e isso também reverbera no nosso sistema energético, o que faz com que o nosso centro cardíaco se abra.. SACRED COCOA: The ECSTATIC DANCE celebration always begins with a practice of personal and spiritual development, followed by the ritual of ecstatic dance. In our first session, we will begin with a SACRED COCOA ceremony! The Cacao, or Theobroma Cacao, which literally means "Food of the Gods", is used by several cultures of South America and Central America as a medicine.
