De dag start met een contact impro workshop begeleid door Anna Svetslikaya. 's Middag vieren we het leven én Jessica's verjaardag met fruit, knuffels en een cacao ceremonie. Nadien neemt DJ Falkor ons mee op een Ecstatic Dance-reis. We sluiten de dag af met potluck en een spontane zang/vertel/danscirkel. KIDS= WELKOM! ECSTATIC DANCE - Woordeloos: we dansen en spreken met ons lichaam, zonder woorden, zodat de wijsheid van ons lichaam zich kan uitdrukken en gezien/gehoord kan worden. - Zuiver & puur: we kiezen ervoor om nuchter te dansen. Dit helpt om een veilige ruimte te creëren waarin dat wat in ons leeft zo authentiek mogelijk geuit kan worden. - Blootsvoets: Op blote voeten hebben we een directer contact met de aarde, onze eerste danspartner. Zij draagt ons en verwerkt mee wat wij niet meer nodig hebben en loslaten tijdens de dans. English: Very welcome for this Ecstatic Dance Celebration Day. We start the day with a Contact Impro workshop by Anna Svetslikaya. Than we go into a celebration of Jessica's Birthday with hugs, fruits & cacao ceremony. In the afternoon DJ Falkor will take us into an Ecstatic Dance journey. We share a potluck meal afterwards and end the day around the fire. ECSTATIC DANCE - Wordless: we dance and communicate with our bodies and leave the words behind to really let the body speak and be heard. - Pure: we dance sober in order to create a safe container to feel and express what is living inside of us, to be a clean vessel through which moving in authenticity is possible. - Bare feet (unless needed voor medical reasons) for a better connection with the earth: she holds us, takes and digest what we don't need anymore, she is our first dancing partner.
