Să fie un an cu sănătate, încredere, comunitate, bucurie și dans liber! :) Te invităm cu drag în 27 ianuarie 2023 la o nouă ediție de Ecstatic Dance Cluj-Napoca, avându-l ca invitat pe DJ mystic monkey din București, pasionat al muzicii și al mișcării conștiente, cu experiență bogată în călătoriile muzicale de Ecstatic Dance. "Ecstatic Dance mi-a deschis calea mișcării conștiente, completând o pasiune de lungă durată pentru muzică și deejaying. Prin practica dansului, căutările mele în lumea muzicii s-au îndreptat către noi orizonturi ale spectrului electronic și acustic, descoperind noi varietăți de genuri care să surprindă și în același timp să susțină exprimarea emoțiilor prin dans." - mystic monkey. 🌟 Ne întâlnim pentru a ne exprima liber prin mișcare, într-un spațiu non-verbal, în care stările interioare se manifestă prin intermediul corpului. 🌟 Vino așa cum ești și mișcă-te cum vrei tu! 🙂 Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate. Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore și jumate de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri.
