Dansul ne aduce sentimentul de "acasă" și o stare interioară de bine ❤️ Ecstatic Dance este o mișcare globală, o petrecere conștientă, o ceremonie, o practică de mișcare, un spațiu sigur unde te poți explora și te poți bucura de tine, de ceilalți, de dans și de muzică! Invitatul special al acestei ediții este Yarun Dee, unul din DJii importanți ai mișcării Ecstatic Dance din Europa care în ultimii 8 ani a creat experiențe unice de dans pentru oameni din întreaga lume! Yarun este tare drag pentru noi și pentru că a fost primul DJ străin pe care l-am avut ca și invitat în Cluj-Napoca, în anul 2019 😃 🌟 Ne întâlnim pentru a ne exprima liber prin mișcare, într-un spațiu non-verbal, în care stările interioare se manifestă prin intermediul corpului. 🌟 Vino așa cum ești și mișcă-te cum vrei tu! 🙂 Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment, o petrecere, o ceremonie, o practică de meditație prin mișcare, un loc de explorare prin joacă în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate. Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore și jumate de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri. Ecstatic Dance este un spațiu de siguranță, acceptare și explorare, în care poți dansa fără a te preocupa de cum arată mișcările tale și în care îți poți lăsa corpul să se exprime cum își dorește. Astfel, este mai ușor să ne mutăm atenția din minte în corp și să găsim noi moduri de a ne exprima și/sau de a interacționa cu ceilalți. 🌊 Pentru o avea o experiență cât mai autentică, pe parcursul evenimentului NU se consumă alcool, tutun și alte droguri. 🌊 Putem dansa singuri, cu ceilalți sau putem sta și privi, respectând spațiul și pe ceilalți. 🌊 Nu este nevoie de experiență în dans. Then, we`ll flow into the Ecstatic Dance. For two hours, the DJ will guide us for a JOURNEY through genres, tempos and different cultural influences. You are invited to move as the MUSIC inspires you and as your body wishes in a safe and non-judgmental space. This is an opportunity to exercise your body and mind, to process emotions, to EXPLORE and to PLAY, dancing alone or with other people or just sitting. We close with a session of relaxation music to integrate insights and connections into our beings. 🌟 Ecstatic Dancing reveals the possibilities, advantages and challenges of dancing, bringing AWARENESS not just to the activity itself, but also to our COMMITMENT and INTENTION towards this activity.
