Ecstatic Dance + Co-created Arts with DJ Leela & LeilArts (Donation-Based)

We are back to the beautiful, cozy and private space of Kokopelli, Amsterdam on Sunday, March 17 from 15-17 to share an 'Ecstatic Arts & Dance & Live Handpan' journey (donation-based for everyone) 🔥 You're invited to join us, to free flow, to meditate, to move or dance ecstatically and authentically 💃🏻, to make co-created yet intuitive arts as our collective gift for creativity 🎨, and to dive in deeper and rest together with grounded tunes of handpan 🎧, guided by DJ/Musician Leela and LeilArts. Followed by an optional community potluck sharing. You might come home feeling more relaxed, present and creative with your body/mind, like you just had some good release and rest. You might also feel a close sense of being a part of a heart-warming community where we share, co-create and celebrate life (including both the Light and the Dark) together. This unique addition to Ecstatic Dance is combined with co-created art/painting as an inclusive way of freely expressing through visuals (no must-dos) individually and collectively. Where we will together co-create a safe, open and connected space for our authentic expressions. One co-created painting will be donated to a random participant to help keep and spread our collective power and beauty. No previous experience required, as we believe everyone is an artist. Exchange: Donation-based in cash or via the card machine after the event (suggested donation: 15-35 euros 🙏) Location: in the private spacious downstairs of Kokopelli Amsterdam overlooking the beautiful canal water. Date: March 17 (Sunday) Opening starts on time at 15:00 (please arrive earlier, as we will do the opening with guided sensual meditation and movements) Closing around 17:00 (with a lay-down handpan sound journey) Optional potluck starts from 17:00 until 18:00 ish... All equipment is provided - a cozy space, high-quality sound system and dance floor, art equipment, tea, water. Feel free to bring snacks/food/non-alcohol drinks to share with others in a potluck sharing afterwards (optional). Musicians are welcome to join for jamming during and afterwards. We always have a blast with intuitive singing, drumming, flute, handpan...join us! WHO ARE WE: DJ Leela and Artist Leila are a loving team in the conscious space and in daily life. It seems no coincidence that they met at an event where Awareness & Exploration were the main ingredients. Both names are derived from Sanskrit as “In our daily experience, embracing the dance of life with a hint of playfulness, including the waves of bright & dark matters and sunshine & rain…” They feel privileged to weave their creativity and experience into both their love-life and by offering their services as a team to you. We have traveled to 30+ countries and co-created 80+ pieces of powerful artworks/collective stories with 2K+ participants during Ecstatic Arts journeys during the last 2 years. Those artworks are uniquely beautiful, touching and priceless with real people and stories behind, and they can never be duplicated.
