Dive into the history and sizzling techniques of twerking as we get those hips moving and cheeks bouncing! Twerking is not just a blast; it’s a fantastic workout that’s great for cardio, boosts your mood, builds confidence, strengthens your core, enhances flexibility, improves circulation, balances your body, and promotes better posture.
