Clean up after yourself. Props, cushions, and mats are welcome but must be returned after use. Bathrooms and water fountain are available for your convenience. Respect Each Other: No talking, videos, or phones on the dance floor. This is a sober space: no drugs or alcohol. Practice heart-centered, non-verbal consent: make eye contact and wait for a mutual 'yes.' Hands in prayer communicates a 'no, thank you' or signifies gratitude for a dance just shared. Respect Yourself: Wear comfortable attire that allows free movement and expression. Be mindful of scents; avoid strong perfumes. Notice judgments of yourself or others, and let them pass. Hydrate and listen to your body’s needs. Embrace the Experience: You are a sovereign being. Engage in the dance in any way your body calls—stillness is also dancing. While there are attractions outside the dance space, the magic of ecstatic dance is in our shared movement. Join us for the closing circle to complete the journey together. This is a sacred space for healing, connection, and expression.
