It is a safe space where you can pass through a meditative state, experiment with movement, express yourself or play. The exquisite music takes us on adventures. We facilitate intimate space where you might connect to others on the dance floor. Without speaking, as we will keep verbal (and digital) communication to an absolute minimum. ☆ The Guidelines ☆ 1. No talking 2. No intoxication 3. Dance however you wish 4. Respect yourself and one another 5. We dance barefoot This is an alcohol-free space. Free tea and water. ☆ Monday Timeline ☆ 18:30 - 19:00: Bring your own food and share. We will serve some raw cacao, vegan soup + bread, if you want to wait with food, we have time to do so after as well! 19:00: Live Jam, w/ Sarah Marieke, Ishtadi & Friends. 19:30-22:00 Ceremony + Ecstatic Dance!
