A doua ediție de dans ecstatic din Craiova, vine repede repejor și se anunță a fi mai fulminanta ca prima. Îl avem alaturi de noi pe Dj Balkaned, avem o minunata ceremonie de ceai, noi colaboratori și câte mai cate, ca fiecare să primească ce are nevoie. Ce înseamnă ecstatic dance?! Înseamnă că vii Intr un loc fara restricții în ceea ce privește mișcarea. Pe ringul de dans te miști cum dorești și cum simți, te descarci și te încarci, te conectezi la tine și tot. Poti sa dansezi cu ochii inchisi, cu ceilati, sau doar cu tine. Muzica este aici sa te poarte in calatorie. Regulile pe ringul de dans sunt câteva și simple: - fara băuturi alcoolice sau substanțe intoxicante, vrem sa fim noi( cine suntem cu adevărat), pentru a ne da treptat măștile jos -fara parfumuri puternice - pe ringul de dans nu se vorbește, dar puteți folosi semne, priviri, sunete pentru a comunica Atât cu reguli, acum rămânem cu distracția. Desfășurarea este simpla, o ceremonie de ceai urmată de un warm up ghidat care ne va conduce direct in dans. Evenimentul dureaza 3 ore. It s free form of dancing. you cand dance on the floor however you like and feel. Shake, sit or simply move. By yourself or with others. Complete body freedom. this is a journey, just let the music take you where you need to go. Ecstatic Dance rules -we will be alcohool free, substance free, please come completly sober, we are here to be who we are. Only by being like this you can evolve for real, and release during the dance whatever you don t need anymore. -please don t wear heavy perfumes, preferably none. -we don t talk on the dance floor. in exchange you can use signs and sounds to comunicate. That s it with the rules, all it s left now is to have fun. The event is going to last 3h. In those 3h we will have a tea ceremony and a warm up, that will lead straight into the dance.
