A guided meditation into your body with soft music, followed by gentle opening movements to release stagnated energy.
The process flows into an opening space to allow your body and mind to flow into gentle dance and connecting exercises with others, with Pablo’s guidance you’ll feel held and safe to open up to connect… Eventually the dance floor becomes a place for you to relax and enjoy your body and other people around! Gentle touch, eyes gazing and hugging are some tools to help our body to relax!
