In the Fabric historical neighborhood, we gather to create a shared experience of Ecstatic Dance, where free movement, conscious breathing, and music become bridges to authenticity, liberation, and reconnection with the joy of being. 🌞 Schedule: • 14:00 – Meet & Greet • 14:30 – Opening Circle with Cacao Ceremony • 15:00 – Ecstatic Dance Journey • 17:00 – Integration through Sound Healing • 17:30 – Closing Circle The music will flow from subtle to explosive, supporting an inner journey without a predefined language. No choreographed steps. No judgment. Just you, as you are, in the vibration of the moment. RECOMMENDATIONS • Arrive on time • Dance barefoot • Respect each participant’s personal space • Please avoid wearing strong perfume before attending • We recommend avoiding coffee, alcohol, or tobacco before the event for a more intense experience with a clear mind and body.
