Ecstatic Dance de Fim de ano - Filhos do Ritmo at Inti Sana!

*PROGRAMA* 18:00 Abertura de portas 18:30 Meditação guiada com instrumentos orgânicos e sintetizadores 19:00-22:00 - Filhos do Ritmo Dj Set (English Below) O fim de ano está já ao virar da esquina, e com ele chega o tempo para desfrutar da dança no sentido mais livre. É com muita alegria que vos convidamos ao Inti Sana para um encontro onde a intenção, além de desfrutar consigo mesmo e a comunidade dançarina, é a de deixar ir tudo o que já não é necessário nas nossas vidas e assim criar espaço para o que está por chegar. Essa tem sido a grande mensagem para o 2018. E que melhor maneira de fazer isso do que através da dança com os pés descalços na madeira! Para esta viagem, temos David e Bernardo, amigos de origem espanhola e mexicana, respetivamente. Juntos formam os Filhos do Ritmo, onde juntam os seus percursos musicais e criam uma mistura de ritmos com um groove positivo, que convida à entrega à dança e a sentimentos de fraternidade, diversidade e alegria, onde a música fala por si mesma. A proposta é bem especial. Vão começar com uma meditação guiada usando diferentes instrumentos como taças tibetanas, maracas, sementes da floresta e sintetizadores com frequências ótimas para o relaxamento. E depois de nos colocar bem no presente, terá início um Dj Set onde passarão sons de diferentes tradições do mundo que vão fazer tremer o chão. It is with great joy that we invite you to an evening where the intention of this meeting, besides enjoying with yourself and the dancer community, is to letting go of everything that is no longer necessary in our lives and thus create space for what is about to come. That has been the big message for 2018. And what a better way to do it by dancing barefoot on the wooden floor! For this journey, we have David and Bernardo, friends of Spanish and Mexican origin, respectively. Together they are Filhos do Ritmo, where they join their musical paths and create a mix of rhythms with a positive groove, which invites to dance and to share feelings of brotherhood, diversity and joy, where music speaks for itself. For this sound journey they are bringing a very special proposal. They will begin with a guided meditation using different instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Shakers, forest Seeds and Synthesizers with optimal frequencies for relaxation. And after we are feeling the present to its fullest, there will begin a Dj Set where they will play a set of different traditions of the world that will shake the ground.
