Kom mee genieten van de bewegingen die jouw lijf wil maken en volg je hart in deze wonderlijke muzikale reis Ecstatic Dance is een vrije dansvorm waarbij je uitgenodigd wordt om de flow van je lichaam in het eigenste moment te volgen. Alles is welkom, ook als je bepaalde emoties voelt, kan je deze in de dans omzetten in de beweging (of stilte) die klopt voor jou. De dans wordt begeleid door de DJ die ons meeneemt in een bijzondere reis van 2u. Voorafgaand wordt er een opening met opwarming voorzien om in je lijf en uit je hoofd te komen en indien gewenst, in ontmoeting met de ander. We ronden af met een closing cirkel. Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dancing. You are invited to follow the flow of your body in the moment. Everything is welcome, also if you feel emotions are coming up. You can put them into movement (or silence) what fits for you. The DJ is guiding our dance in a 2 hours trip. We start with a warming up opening to get into your body and out of your mind. We end with a closing circle.
