Though our body is waterproof, our equipment is not 😅 We dance in the same building (Utrechtse Muziek School), but this time in the Theaterzaal (instead of Torenzaal). 🦶 Ecstatic Dance 🦶 A free form dance meditation. Ranging from African percussion to melodic EDM, a bit of disco and jazz, singing monks, jungle sounds and many other worldly discoveries. She lived at the Mexican shoreline of Oaxaca for 2,5 years, working and studying in a Tantric community where she hosted weekly Ecstatic Dance journeys. Her exploration aims to co-create an alive encounter between inner and outer, between this dual human experience on earth and the infinite divinity of existence, between yourself and the other. ‘Breathe, trust and let go.
