The intention is a safe, sacred, and fun experience for all! It is a playful atmosphere where we move however we wish with inspiring music from around the world mixed by a different live DJ every week. We invite deep journeys into the body's wisdom, self-awareness, spirit, and our fellow human animals. All states of being are welcomed... whether happy, sad, expressive or not, the intention is medicine for all. Altar space is lovingly offered with the invitation to invoke the sacred within. This is an alcohol-free event with no chit chat and no phones on the dance floor.
