Through guided inquiry, somatic awareness, and gentle partner practices, we’ll learn to track the nervous system in real time and befriend our shadows with curiosity rather than judgment. Designed as a bridge into ecstatic dance, this workshop helps clear internal resistance, deepen presence, and create more choice and authenticity on the dance floor.
