Founder of “ícaro - roots to create” and co-founder of Heart of The Dance, Caroline is a passionate movement and sound whisperer invited for the first time in the heart of Luxembourg. To the families and friends who want to experience conscious dance: Join us on Sunday 2nd of April at @Kass-Haff in Mersch where we share love through dance, community and smiles. This event is created to honor the presence of family that is at the core of every community. Day Program 10:00-10:30 Welcoming 10:30-10:45 Opening Family Circle 10:45-12:30 Ecstatic Dance for Kids, Families & Friends (w/ Dj Caroline) 12:30-13:00 Circle Meditation 13:00-14 Closing with food What’s included Refreshment served as water, tea & homemade food at the end. Mainly light, vegetarian food, and if you have allergies, a special diet or any request please send us a message at [email protected] Sacred Dance & freedom to explore movement, music in a safe space Kids of all ages, parents and friends who enjoy to share the dance space with the family community Participation For adults we ask a minimum contribution of 20 Euro and maximum 40 Euro Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge. From 6 to 18 years old, participation is half price. Valentino Ligbado-Nardella, italian-congolese roots based in Luxembourg, is a space holder and facilitator, specializing in trauma-informed leadership. Through Conscious Movement Valentino offers space to freely express your embodied dance and to discover the pleasure of connecting all your facets. On the brink of becoming a father, his wish is to invite the community from Luxembourg and beyond to celebrate the power of life creation in its different forms and expressions. She roots herself in ritual, uses music as poetry and listens to the spaces between the words: “On the dance floor – as in life – the mystery unfolds…” For her, DJ'ing is about lifting the veils between the seen and the unseen, the here and the beyond, the obvious and the mystery… As a mother of 2 young boys, Caroline is actively engaged in a thriving community life with respect for every living creature, our bodies and mother earth.
