She energises creative spaces with raw power and offers safe containers to explore our human dimensions on the dance floor. Sarah loves to see souls burst free of holding patterns and fully inhabit their wonderous body's wisdom and connection to consciousness. She has over 25 years experience in the dance, performance and yoga industries and runs regular ecstatic dance in Tauranga. She is a certified Embodied Ecstatic Flow dance practitioner, trained by the epic Sarsha Hope.
