Ecstatic Dance feat. Treaphort

A very special Sunday morning Ecstatic Dance featuring music Treaphort 10-11am - Yoga with Brittanie Miller 11am-12:30pm - Ecstatic Dance feat. Treaphort 12:30-1pm Sound Healing with Keshua Lee Joy's Kitchen will be joining us and setting up the mobile food rescue from 11:00-12:30 for the community! That means about 500-700 lbs of fresh fruits and veggies for you to take home. Joy's Kitchen is also inviting everyone to join them to serve food to the homeless with a short walk around the block from 1-2pm, where they will be bringing hot soup, hygiene items, and fresh food snacks. We invite our collective community to receive the blessing of food, as well as step out to help others who are less fortunate. This is your opportunity to give back, to be of service and to connect with others much less fortunate. Ecstatic Dance: The only guidelines: 1. Move however you wish 2. No talking on the dance floor 3. Respect yourself and one another This is a drug and alcohol-free space. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement space where spirit activates, inspiration flows, boredom ceases, creativity breaks out, hope happens, communities collaborate, ritual is reinvented, harmony resonates, the beat deepens as an electronic tapestry of world rhythms weaves us together as individuals within a greater family.
