We want to draw our attention to the connection with the ancestors, with ethnic groups and traditions of different countries, to celebrate our Unity 💫 For a whole week, lovers of free and spontaneous dance, contact improvisation, performers, yogis, the strongest guides, musical shamans and all, who love to explore life and move with it’s rhythm, will gather together in a beautiful place! You do not need to be teached specially how to dance, all that is needed is to be able to listen to your body, which is ecstatic from it’s nature and can guide your dance! This is a deep practice of self-immersion, the ability to learn to move totally present in the moment, free from social restrictions, gender, age and worldviews This is a dance ritual of connection with yourself, your body and music, your true natural state. ✨How we dance? - as if no one is watching (c) - freely and openly at any convenient place and rhythm - without alcohol, cigarettes and other psychoactive substances - without shoes - no talking - feeling the momentum of the body, the boundaries - respecting your own and other people's space ⛰️ Where are we going to dance? In the dome of 180 sq.m. overlooking the Carpathian mountains! This is a place of power, a place where tribe called Trypillians used to live, the independent and wise people of the Carpathian Mountains. The strength and energy of this place will help us open our hearts! 🕺 What is ecstatic dance? The practice of free movement, where the space holder DJ selects music of different genres and rhythms, broadcasts it in the moment, focusing on those who are on the dance floor. There is a lively dialogue between the DJ and the dancer, communication through music, bypassing the words. 🔥 What gives Ecstatic Dance? It gives an instrument for the health way of processing of emotions, triggering the movement of energy in the body and a completely new quality of life when you suddenly go dancing along it! This is an opportunity to feel freely in your own dance, learn to listen to yourself and let what you hear take place in the now. Feel where the impulse is born in the body, where it is blocked, and how you can dance through it. At the cozy space of the dance floor in which the atmosphere of acceptance and openness is maintained, you can dive deeper into yourself and find the place inside, which can be called the inner home ... Where there is only a sacred silence and a feeling of endless quiet happiness. This is probably what we are all looking for ... 🤸‍♀️ Who are our participants? People, who are free in body and spirit, those who are not afraid to open their heart to the world and to themselves. Those who say: “Yes!” to their life, and live it, dancing with a rhythms of Universe! Those who find the courage to start dancing just like that, without reason and dope And this is all about you! Тебе не нужно уметь танцевать, все что нужно, это уметь слушать свое экстатичное от природы тело, и оно само будет танцевать вами! Это глубокая практика погружения в себя, возможность научиться двигаться тотально и в моменте без оглядок на социальные ограничения, пол, возраст и мировоззрение. Это ритуал танца где есть только ты, твое тело и музыка, помогающая проявляться! ✨ Как мы будем танцевать? - будто никто не смотрит (с) - свободно и открыто в любом удобном темпе и ритме - без алкоголя, сигарет и других психоактивных веществ - без обуви - без разговоров - чувствуя импульс тела, границы - уважая свое и чужое пространство ⛰️ Где мы будем танцевать? В куполе на 180 кв.м. с видом на карпатские горы! Это место силы, место, где раньше жили трипольцы, независимый и мудрый народ Карпатских гор. Сила и энергия этого места будет помогать нам открывать сердца! 🕺 Что такое Экстатик Дэнс? Это практика свободного движения, где диджей - проводник подбирает музыку разных жанров и направлений, транслирует ее в моменте, ориентируясь на тех, кто на танцполе. Происходит живой диалог между диджеем и танцором, общение через музыку, минуя слова. 🔥Что дает Экстатик Дэнс? Дает инструмент экологичного проживания эмоций, запуска движения энергии в теле и совершенно новое качество жизни, когда вдруг идешь по ней танцуя! Это возможность ощутить себя свободным в собственном танце, научиться слушать себя и позволять услышанному происходить прямо сейчас. Почувствовать откуда рождаются импульсы в теле, где он блокируется, и как вы можете протанцевать это. За счет уютного пространства танцпола в котором поддерживается атмосфера принятия и открытости, вы можете глубже погрузиться в себя и найти то место внутри, которое можно назвать внутренним домом… Где есть только вкусная звенящая тишина и ощущение бесконечного тихого счастья. Наверное, это то, что мы все ищем… 🤸‍♀️ Кто наши участники? Это люди свободные духом и телом, те кто не боится открыться миру и самому себе. Те кто смело говорит жизни: “Да!”, и проживает ее в танце под ритмы вселенной!
