This is a place where you don’t have to know how to dance, all you need is just to listen to your own ecstatic body, and it will dance by itself! This is a deep practice of immersion, an opportunity to learn how to move totally here and now not regarding to social constraints, gender, age and worldview. This is a ritual of dance where there is only you, your body and soul music that allows you to open your heart! How are we going to dance? - alcohol free, no cigarettes and any other psychotropic substances - barefoot - no talking - respecting your own and others’ space - moving and dancing at any convenient pace and rhythm What is Ecstatic Dance? This is a music and dance set under the soulful tracks of different music directions and ethnoses. The lead DJ broadcasts into the moment, feeling those who are on the dance floor. There is a lively dialogue between the DJ and the dancer, communication through music, bypassing the words. What does Ecstatic Dance do? It is an opportunity to feel free in your own dance, learn to listen to yourself and allow what you hear to happen right now, to feel where the impulses come from in your body and how you can dance them with the help of music. Due to the safe space of the dance floor in which the liberating atmosphere of acceptance and openness is maintained, you can dive deeper into yourself and find a place inside which you can call the “inner home”... Where there is only a sacred ringing silence and a feeling of endless quiet happiness. Perhaps this is what for we are doing so many things in our life (Probably, this is what we are all looking for) Who are our participants? These are free people in body and spirit, those who are not afraid to open their heart to the world and to themselves. Those who say: “Yes!” to their life, and live it, dancing with a rhythms of Universe! Those who find the courage to start dancing just like that, without reason and dope And this is all about you! Ecstatic dance DJs from Europe and Asia Teachers of dance, yoga, contact improvisation, alpha gravity and other body oriented practices International festival team (volunteers, facilitators, musicians, photographers, videographers, body therapists ...) and a dance community from all over the world. Ending of festival will be celebrated and continue with a post fest event from 23 august till 5 September as a South Contact Camp! Это глубокая практика погружения в себя, возможность научиться двигаться тотально и в моменте без оглядок на социальные ограничения, пол, возраст и мировоззрение, Это ритуал танца где есть только вы, ваше тело и душевная музыка, позволяющая вам открывать свое сердце! Как мы будем танцевать? -без алкоголя, сигарет и других психотропных веществ -босиком -без разговоров -уважая свое и чужое пространство -двигаясь и танцуя в любом удобном темпе и ритме Что такое Экстатик Дэнс? Это музыкально-танцевальный сэт под душевную музыку разных направлений и народов, которую ведущий диджей транслирует в моменте, ориентируясь на тех, кто на танцполе. Происходит живой диалог между диджеем и танцором, общение через музыку, минуя слова. Что дает Экстатик Дэнс? Это возможность ощутить себя свободным в собственном танце, научиться слушать себя и позволять услышанному происходить прямо сейчас, Почувствовать откуда рождаются импульсы в теле, и как вы можете протанцевать их используя музыку. За счет уютного пространства танцпола в котором поддерживается атмосфера принятия и открытости, вы можете глубже погрузиться в себя и найти то место внутри, которое можно назвать внутренним домом… Где есть только вкусная звенящая тишина и ощущение бесконечного тихого счастья. Наверное это то, что мы все ищем,,, Кто наши участники? Это люди свободные духом и телом, те кто не боится открыться миру и самому себе.
