The Opening will be Friday evening but you can arrive from 13:00. The closing will be Sunday afternoon and after this we included an extra dinner so you can travel home fully filled on all levels. This edition with a special new lay out ..... we have some crazy ideas - Lounge - A burning fire place, loads of sheep skins, burning candles and hot chai, this lounge will stay open "late" of course with its own musical program. - Wellness Area - Hot tubs, Sauna, Ice bath , massages , healing sessions and skinny dipping in the ice cold mini lake. FOOD: Our chef this gathering is Conan and together we host a special welcome dinner where we are serving you at your table ! During the gathering will have a separate "silent" area where you can eat. All food is vegetarian and there are always vegan options. For special dieet requirements like allergies please email us. ACCOMODATION There are 2 sleeping area's , the Boerderij also known as the new part and where we dance and the old part also known as the Castle. Private room for max 2 people: fixed price 175,- sold out Shared room 3 to max 6 people: early bird 65,- sold out regular 80,- sold out If you book a private room you are free to share this with anyone you like. So one ticket is enough for 2 people. If you book a shared room you can email us if you want to share with a certain people. The rooms are more spacious than amount of people we rent to, so a 4p room is max occupied by 3 people. If you reserve a shared room with out arranging a group you share the room with female/male only. But after too many requests we arranged with the Berckt that it’s now possible (if you already have a ticket) to add an EXTRA day .... you can arrive Thursday after lunch and take the time and make the space to fully land at the Berckt before the opening ceremony starts Friday evening. There will be an extra Ecstatic Dance Thursday evening, yoga and meditation Friday morning and after breakfast a special dance journey and afternoon concert. Extra day only 99e including food and the accommodation you already booked is included.
