Come support local artists. 💃🏼 What is Ecstatic Dance🕺🏼 Ecstatic Dance is a global movement—a sacred, freeform dance journey where rhythm and expression merge. Guided by a DJ’s carefully woven soundscape, dancers embark on a two-hour voyage through music and movement, unlocking deep somatic awareness. It’s an uninhibited space to connect with body, spirit, and sound, where every beat invites freedom, presence, and transformation. Most people come for the full “journey” and go through the steps together. Opening circle to closing circle. However you are welcome to come and go as you please. ✨About the Dj✨ T’Kayah (KAYANTRA) has been facilitating and sharing her love for somatic embodiment work and sound healing for several years here in Salt Lake City. She will be offering a deep, and mystical journey. Invoking spirit, and inviting the purest magic that comes alive through impactful sound, intuitive movement, and liberated expression. This will be a special sound and dance journey to activate, empower, and align the root, sacral, and heart energy within our bodies. Her intent is to guide the dance as a communal prayer of inspiration, connection, and love through the landscape of sounds and rhythms. Inviting us into the breath, sensation, and introspection.
