Ecstatic Dance is a dance meditation ritual, open space and safe container to explore creativity and different ways of movement expression. In a dance we are refer to our body wisdom, release tension and hidden emotions trying to connect with our own authentic nature. Let's dance as we are, celebrate and co-create magical vibes.
