Mid week and a great way to start the day! theme Is Primal this week. And thru zoom. Links below and on website www.ecstaticdanceglobal.org We have dances 3x a week. Wed 9:30am, sat night 7 pm and Sun 10:30am. Everyone is welcome on the zoom dances. We are grateful for your donations that have kept this wonderful community growing and dancing. Some join in for the exercise, the expression, as a spiritual experience, the play or to simply explore and see what it feels like....it is all held with respect and love.
