Na začiatku prostredníctvom pohybovej meditácie vytvoríme v tele podmienky na uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na svoje telo a vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci. Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Sme vítaní a prijímaní presne takí, ako sa práve cítime. Na záver počas zvukovej cesty budeme mať možnosť na integráciu tanca a hlbšie vnútorné precítenie prítomnosti. V rámci Ecstatic Dance niekoľo pilierov pre udržanie energeticky čistého a bezpečného priestoru: • Je to priestor bez slov. Na parkete obmedzujeme nielen vnútorný dialóg našej mysle, ale takisto vonkajší. • Spoločne sa podporujeme v autentickom vyjadrení cez pohyb bez akéhokoľvek posudzovania. Tanec ako univerzálny jazyk nám tak dovolí sa prepojiť s ostatnými na hlbšej úrovni. • Tancujeme sami alebo v kontakte s ostatnými, pričom kontaktný tanec sa odporúča rešpektujeme signály a priestor ostatných. • Tancujeme bez vplyvu drog či alkoholu. Jeho sety kombinujú veľké spektrum hudobných štýlov, ktoré mixuje do cesty pre hlboké emočné uvoľnenie. Pracuje na mixoch a hudobných produkciách s cieľom navodenia harmónie. *Tono Gúth Muzikoterapeut, hudobník, učiteľ rytmiky a bubnovania a sociálny pracovník. “Hudbu vnímam ako hravý nástroj na spoznávanie prirodzených, rytmických, melodických a harmonických pravidiel sveta. V užšom kontexte ako prostriedok cielenej práce pri osobnostnom rozvoji a muzikoterapii.” Založil hudobnú školu Rytmika, občianske združenie Zvuky cez ruky, kapely La3no Cubano a Drumstas. Počas štúdia Dejín umenia na Karlovej Univerzite v Prahe sa venoval filozofii a psychológii umenia so zameraním na terapeutický presah umenia i rituálov rôznych období a kultúr. Počas štúdia Tanečného divadla a performancie na Vysokej škole múzických umení v Bratislave a štúdia Intermédií na Vysokej škole výtvarných umení v Bratislave sa venoval využitiu expresívnych terapií, psychodrámy a koučingu pri tvorbe umeleckého diela a spätne využitiu umeleckých postupov a praktík pri práci na osobnostnom rozvoji. Neskôr si počas výcviku v Somatickom Koučingu v Prahe a Facilitovaní Intuitívneho a Terapeutického Tanca v Brne osvojil nehodnotiaci prístup a dôslednu prácu na zdrojoch klienta. Aktuálne študuje Interactive Media Design na Royal Academy of Arts v Haagu kde skúma možnosti využitia umelej inteligencie, bio-elektroniky, virtuálnej reality a digitálnych médií v procese seba rozvoja, osobnostného rastu a práci s telom. Jakub pracuje integratívne s technikami využívajúcimi telo, dych, hlas, slovo, predstavu a predmet, pričom dlhodobým základom jeho praxe je kreatívna práca s princípmi somatiky a embodimentu v koučovacom procese. Hlavným zámerom jeho práce je priviesť ľudí do kontaktu so svojím telom a jeho prirodzenou inteligenciou. ***ENGLISH We are very excited to be back in Hainburg after winter months in Bratislava. Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind. We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects.At the end we will have a chance to integrate and deepen the whole experience through a sound healing journey. Ion´s DJ sets combine a wide range of music styles, mixed together into a fine journey for deep emotional releases. When others are already are asleep, the versatile sound artist is working on productions and mixes. When others are already awake, he is still working on smooth sounds in search of harmony. *Jakub Cerulík Slovak choreographer, dance performer, ICF accredited somatic coach (Prague, Somatický koučing s.r.o.), certified facilitator of intuitive and therapeutic dance (Brno, Move Art s.r.o.) and DJ for self-development events and Ecstatic Dance (DJ Native Mind). During his studies of Art History at Charles University in Prague, he devoted himself to the philosophy and psychology of art with a focus on the therapeutic overlaps of art and rituals in different periods and cultures. While studying Dance Theater and Performance Art at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and while studying Intermedia at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, he researched usecases of expressive therapies, psychodrama and coaching in the creation of a work of art and the reverse usecases of artistic procedures and practices when working on personal development. Later, during training in Somatic Coaching in Prague and Facilitation of Intuitive and Therapeutic Dance in Brno, he adopted a non-judgemental approach and consistent work on the client's resources. He is currently studying Interactive Media Design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where he explores the possible usecases of artificial intelligence, bio-electronics, virtual reality and digital media in the process of self-development, personal work and work with the body. Jakub works integratively with techniques that incorporate body, breath, voice, word, imagination and object, while the long-term basis of his practice is creative work with the principles of somatics and embodiment in the coaching process. The main purpose of his work is to bring people into contact with their body and its natural intelligence."
