(od 1.2.): 22 € V deň eventu a na mieste: 25 € (ak zostanú voľné miesta) Kapacita: 40 miest Extatický tanec existuje už tisícky rokov v rôznych kultúrach ako dôležitý rituál, ktorý prepájal členov komunity alebo kmeňa a v posledných rokoch sa opäť rozširuje po celom svete ako bezpečný priestor, pri ktorom si môžeme spoločne spontánne zatancovať, byť plne sami sebou a spočinúť v pohybe, ktorý vychádza z nášho vnútra. Cez plnú prítomnosť v našom tele sa dostávame stále bližsie k uvoľneniu našej mysle a precíteniu blaženosti číreho bytia. Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom úvodnej pohybovej meditácie naladíme na naše srdce a zámery a vytvoríme podporný a posvätný priestor pre spoločnú tanečnú cestu. Napojíme sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci a následne už len za vedenia hudby rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Počas štúdia Dejín umenia na Karlovej Univerzite v Prahe sa venoval filozofií a psychológií umenia so zameraním na terapeutický presah umenia i rituálov rôznych období a kultúr. Počas štúdia Tanečného divadla a performancie na Vysokej škole múzických umení v Bratislave a štúdia Intermédií na Vysokej škole výtvarných umení v Bratislave sa venoval využitiu expresívnych terapií, psychodrámy a koučingu pri tvorbe umeleckého diela a spätne využitiu umeleckých postupov a praktík pri práci na osobnostnom rozvoji. Neskôr si počas výcviku v Somatickom Koučingu v Prahe a Facilitovaní Intuitívneho a Terapeutického Tanca v Brne osvojil nehodnotiaci prístup a dôslednu prácu na zdrojoch klienta. Aktuálne študuje Interactive Media Design na Royal Academy of Arts v Haagu kde skúma možnosti využitia umelej inteligencie, bio-elektroniky, virtuálnej reality a digitálnych médií v procese seba rozvoja, osobnostného rastu a práci s telom. Jakub pracuje integratívne s technikami využívajúcimi telo, dych, hlas, slovo, predstavu a predmet, pričom dlhodobým základom jeho praxe je kreatívna práca s princípmi somatiky a embodimentu v koučovacom procese. Hlavným zámerom jeho práce je priviesť ľudí do kontaktu so svojím telom a jeho prirodzenou inteligenciou *Kristína Sihelská Som profesionálna herečka. Už 20 rokov pracujem s telom, hlasom, emóciami a psychikou. Svoje skúsenosti z cesty osobného rozvoja spájam s divadelnou a pohybovou praxou, umeleckými terapiami a šamanizmom. Som hlboko inšpirovaná odkazom starých šamanských kultúr. Verím, že každý človek má svoj jedinečný účel. Mojím poslaním je pomáhať ľuďom vidieť túto jedinečnosť, spojiť sa s ňou a začať ju žiť. At the beginning we tune into our heart and intentions for the year and create a supportive and sacred space for the journey of dancing together. Through movement meditation, we create the conditions in the body to relax and connect to our own authentic guidance in the dance. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others. • We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries. • No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor. *DJ NativeMind (Jakub Cerulík) Jakub is a Slovak choreographer, dance performer, ICF accredited somatic coach (Prague, Somatický koučing s.r.o.), certified facilitator of intuitive and therapeutic dance (Brno, Move Art s.r.o.) and DJ for self-development events and Ecstatic Dance (DJ Native Mind). During his studies of Art History at Charles University in Prague, he devoted himself to the philosophy and psychology of art with a focus on the therapeutic overlaps of art and rituals in different periods and cultures. While studying Dance Theater and Performance Art at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and while studying Intermedia at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, he researched usecases of expressive therapies, psychodrama and coaching in the creation of a work of art and the reverse usecases of artistic procedures and practices when working on personal development. Later, during training in Somatic Coaching in Prague and Facilitation of Intuitive and Therapeutic Dance in Brno, he adopted a non-judgemental approach and consistent work on the client's resources. He is currently studying Interactive Media Design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where he explores the possible usecases of artificial intelligence, bio-electronics, virtual reality and digital media in the process of self-development, personal work and work with the body. Jakub works integratively with techniques that incorporate body, breath, voice, word, imagination and object, while the long-term basis of his practice is creative work with the principles of somatics and embodiment in the coaching process. The main purpose of his work is to bring people into contact with their body and its natural intelligence." *Kristina Sihelska I am a professional actress. I have been working with the body, voice, emotions and psyche for 20 years. I combine my experiences from the path of personal development with theater and movement practice, art therapies and shamanism. I am deeply inspired by the legacy of ancient shamanic cultures. I believe that every person has a unique purpose. My mission is to help people see this uniqueness, connect with it and start living it. When we listen to the voice of the heart and follow it, we fulfill our mission as human beings on this earth.
