Come unplug from the world and nourish yourself with Ecstatic Dance—a freeform journey of self-discovery through music & movement for emotional expression, spiritual connection, and celebration of life. Additional sessions in related modalities—including Yoga, Contact Improv, Tea Meditation, and Qigong—will help us drop deeper into movement as meditation.
