Ecstatic dance - Kingston

Ive been creating our Jan. 23rd Friday night Dance journey!! It will be epic... loving the practice dances in my car too it :) If you need to let go of stress, find joy, a place to express yourself, to connect through movement in a sober safe environment, this dance will do it! My set is a beautfiul blend of gentle breathwork to awaken your inner world, connecting into the body with low lights and candles... Then slowly we move through the earth and tribal vibes. I love to use lighting in the journey so Red for root charka energy.... then vibrant lighting as the energy picks up! Then into the beats we go, uplifting till the floors are jumping...then the energy drops down in the child like play and fun in community. I conclude with a few soft emotional pieces or two and a sound bath to integrate the journey. This is a full expereince. Tickets are only 25.00 if you etransfer prior to Thursday evening.
